Meet Lyne!

To those of you that don't know me yet, my name is Jocèlyne, but you can call be "Lyne" :) I am the woman behind Lynesthetics! 

I started this brand back in 2021 while I was a student in the esthetician and spa management  program at Humber College. I put my butt to work, and what started as a dream quickly turned into reality. I created a space where beauty, artistry and authenticity come together; where no one feels left out. For as long as I can remember, I used to have a nail polish collection that had every colour of the rainbow, and a shit ton of glitter!  Since I am an only child, anytime my cousins or friends came over I was painting their nails, or playing in my moms makeup. 

As a high school student, with no responsibilities, my allowance money went straight to food and the nail salon! When I was finally old enough to get a job, I worked in customer service, and loved the new and different experiences I had everyday. I never knew that aesthetics was a career option for me, until my final year of high school. I was in the process of applying for a program for forensic pathology, and I was talking through it with my cousin Maya and she suggested I pursue aesthetics since its something that I've always been interested in. And good thing she did! Lynesthetics became the perfect way to combine my love for esthetics with my passion for connecting with others.

Lynesthetics isn’t just about services—it’s about the experience. I wanted to build a brand that feels personal, professional, and rooted in community, offering spa-quality self-care at a price that 17 year old, nail obsessed Jocelyne would've been happy to pay.

I'm currently pursuing further education in healthcare, with plans to become a nurse. This path required me to take a pause from my business to focus on growth—both personally and professionally. Now, I've cracked the code for balance, and am fully committed and more motivated than ever to Lynesthetics. Since returning, I’ve expanded to a bigger space, added new services, and opened my availability to serve even more amazing clients.
